The Queens Virtues Series, the East India Company and the Issuing Authority of St. Helena celebrate the core virtues of the monarchy established during the reign of Queen Victoria in the 19th century. The obverse of the coin has a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II wearing the George IV State Diadem Crown. The reverse has a winged goddess with her right hand raised and a palm branch clutched in her left hand. The text around the coin reads “Victory Through Harmony.” Victory is one of the six principles established by Queen Elizabeth.
The Queens Virtue Victory Angel coin comes in an acrylic capsule. They are packaged in sheets of 10 coins, or master boxes of 100! Each coin bears a face value of 5 Pounds fully backed by St Helena.
